you — keep reading.
We’re a boutique wealth management firm built in the Eastern Cape, with clients who trust us well beyond it. We don’t sell policies — we build solutions, and the sales follow from doing that properly. Everything we do starts with the client in front of us, not a target behind us.
We’re a curious company. We hold ourselves to the highest standard of expertise and service, and we expect the same appetite for learning from everyone who joins us — because the industry doesn’t stand still, and neither do we. Three roles are open in our Gqeberha office, ranging from graduate entry to senior experience. What they have in common: meticulous attention to detail, real comfort with numbers, and communication — written and spoken — that reflects well on the firm.
We only invite driven,
forward-thinking, inquisitive individuals
who are enthusiastically
committed to continuous
learning in a fast-paced environment —
where the client’s
interest is not just central,
but non-negotiable.

What We Are Looking For
What We Offer
Administrative Assistant / Paraplanner
Location: Gqeberha, Eastern Cape
Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar role
Every good wealth planner is backed by someone who keeps the detail right — the paperwork correct, the compliance sound, the client handled properly from the moment they call in. That’s this role, and at our size it isn’t a back-office function — it’s central to how well we serve clients day to day.
We need someone who already knows this industry, not someone learning it. You should be proficient in Xplan, know the major product providers and how they operate, and understand what “compliant” actually means in practice — not just in a manual. Brokers need to trust you with the detail so they can focus on the client conversation; that trust has to be earned quickly, which means you need to arrive knowing the work.
What you’ll do:
Manage new business applications from submission through to on-risk, and handle claims with the urgency they deserve. Service existing clients directly — queries, changes, follow-ups — with the same care a planner would show them. Prepare meeting packs and client review documentation ahead of planner meetings, so nothing is chased at the last minute. Support brokers across the practice with provider liaison, compliance documentation, and day-to-day administrative demands. Maintain records and processes to FSCA standard, without needing to be reminded.
What we’re looking for:
A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar administrative or paraplanning role within financial services. Strong working knowledge of Xplan and the product provider landscape. Exceptional people skills — you’ll be a client’s first point of contact as often as a planner is. Meticulous attention to detail and comfort with numbers; a solid understanding of compliance requirements and industry processes. Strong computer skills and a genuine interest in staying current as the industry changes.
What you’ll get:
A role where your experience is trusted and your judgement is used — not just your admin capacity. A firm small enough that good work is noticed, and a team that’s continuously learning and developing rather than standing still.
Wealth Manager
Location: Gqeberha, Eastern Cape
Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: Minimum 5 years in the industry
We built Skybridge on a simple idea: sell a client a policy and you’ve made a transaction; build them a solution and you’ve made a client for life. This role is for someone who already works that way, and wants to do it inside a firm that will never ask them to compromise on it.
You’ll be joining a practice that’s small enough to move quickly and serious enough to be trusted with complex client situations. We’re looking for someone who’s curious by nature — about markets, about people, about why a plan that worked for one client won’t work for the next one. Change doesn’t unsettle you; in an industry that’s shifting constantly, you see it as where the interesting work happens.
What you’ll do:
Manage a book of client relationships end to end — planning, implementation, ongoing review. Design financial solutions built around each client’s actual life, not a standard product set. Stay ahead of regulatory, market, and product developments that affect your clients’ plans. Represent Skybridge’s standard of expertise and service in every client interaction, without exception.
What we’re looking for:
A minimum of five years’ experience as a wealth planner or in a comparable advisory role, with a credible track record. Meticulous attention to detail and genuine comfort working with numbers. Exceptional written and spoken communication, and the presentation to match — you’ll be the face of the firm to clients who expect a certain standard. A real love of finance and of growth, both the client’s and your own. Inquisitive by nature, energised rather than unsettled by a company that’s still evolving. Strong computer skills and a real appetite for learning — we’re continuously developing our knowledge and expect the same from our team.
What you’ll get:
A firm built around solutions, not sales targets, and clients who trust us because they can feel the difference. A culture of genuine curiosity, where expertise is expected and continuously built, not assumed and left static. Real opportunity — we’re a growing, changing practice, and there’s room here for someone who wants to grow with it.
For established wealth planners ready to spend less time running a practice, and more time giving the advice it was built for.
